In Tokyo, the average land value is about 1.2M yen 8110 USD per square meter, while in this area, on the outskirts, it averages about 330,000 yen / 2230 USD per square meters, which would value this house’s land at around 400,000 dollars. But since this house was built in 1980, has been poorly maintained, left un-renovated with no one living here for 3 years, the house value in Japan is considered close to zero.
